There was no regular meeting this time – instead those who could headed off to Matilda Bay for late afternoon drinks and a BBQ. Nine Members and their Wives came along, and it turned out to be a very pleasant social get together on a balmy March evening. There wasn’t even one snag all night – largely because most came with a prepared meal whilst the others couldn’t get the BBQ going! Nothing wrong with a meat free barbie, Jim kept telling himself! Thanks go to all who attended, and bad luck to those who missed out.
