A Buddy Bench organised by Cambridge Rotary and assembled by the Cambridge Community Shed was presented to Newman Primary School on 09 August 2019.
On Friday 09 August at Assembly at Newman Primary Scholl, A buddy Bench was presented to the school on behalf of Cambridge Rotary. The bench was procured and assembled by Cambridge Community Shed members. The bench was arranged with pre-primary head, Sharon Thompson, and accepted by Director of Wellbeing, Lisa McClue. The presentation was made by Rotarians Max Puddey, Peter Wagner and Jeremy Wood. The school's students were not slow in putting the bench to good use.
